7.Misrepresentation and Policy Issuance
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the quote generation or policy issuance process can lead to non-issuance of the policy or immediate termination of the coverage.
- Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation detected in the shared data could result in legal consequences as per the applicable laws and regulations of the UAE.
8.Policy Issuance and Claims Process
- Policies are issued by Dubai Insurance, and the claims and administration processes are managed by the respective Third Party Administrators (TPA) based on the policy selected.
- The policyholder is responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuing insurance provider and the assigned TPA.
- For claims and other policy-related support, Users must contact the respective TPA as detailed in the policy documentation.
9.Payment Terms
- Payment terms, including fees and applicable taxes, will be communicated at the time of quote creation or policy issuance.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and other methods listed on the website.
- All payments are processed in compliance with the regulations and policies of Dubai Insurance Company.
